The Romance Studio review of Susan DiPlacido's Trattoria

Glenda K. Bauerle gave Susan's contemporary romance 4 Hearts.

"Securities, both material and emotional are a major theme in this story, for each and all the characters. And so realistic are they portrayed. Material securities in that the restaurant takes the central role of value for the main characters; the core of their existence. The possibility of losing it exposes the lack of belonging and happiness each feels within his or her life. The emotional "insecurity" scenes are written very well. All the typical thoughts back and forth describe just the way a person might feel. The only two characters who actually are not overloaded, overwhelmed in their lack of self- worth and confidence are Danny's two roommates and they are a perfect contrast with the other characters in this story. Hilarious!"
